Falling Jigsaw Android Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers Falling Jigsaw for Android, provided by Shanghai VeloTract Information Technology Co., Ltd. (VeloTract). It covers the app, not the velotract.com website; the Website Privacy Policy covers the website.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores puzzle progress, collected pictures, the current game, tutorial status, tool chances, language choice and preferences on your device. It uses these data to resume play and keep your settings. Falling Jigsaw has no app account or app-owned cloud-sync service. It does not upload your game progress to VeloTract.

3. Advertising service providers

Advertising providers may process device or app installation identifiers available under Android, approximate location, performance information, diagnostics, and app or ad interactions. Examples of interactions include ad views and taps. Providers use information for advertising, measurement and service reliability. They may share information with other parties involved in providing or measuring advertising.

The app is intended for ages nine and above, including children and adults. It does not collect ages or birth dates. Every player receives the same child-protective advertising settings: child age treatment, non-personalized requests, and a general-audience ad content limit. The app removes Android advertising ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions. It disables the publisher first-party ID before preloading ads. These protections do not mean that advertising providers process no data.

At launch, the app requests a privacy status update with under-age-of-consent treatment. It does not ask children to authorize personalized advertising. Ads remain unavailable if the update or required privacy controls fail. Read the advertising provider's privacy policy for its practices and controls.

4. Choices and controls

Rewarded ads are optional. You can continue ordinary play without watching one. If privacy options are required, Settings provides an entry to review or change your choices.

These choices affect whether the app requests ads. They do not guarantee that all provider processing stops. Providers may process information for permitted requests even when you skip a rewarded ad.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until it is replaced or removed. You can remove it through Android's app storage controls. Uninstalling the app removes its local data. This Android build does not enable app backup.

Advertising providers handle retention and deletion under their policies and controls. We cannot promise a fixed retention period or deletion of every provider-held record. See the provider's privacy policy for details.

6. Support correspondence

If you email android.feedback@velotract.com, we receive your address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to reply and troubleshoot your request. Your email provider also processes the correspondence.

Contact the same address to ask about retention or deletion of support correspondence. Email providers and backups may retain separate copies. We cannot promise immediate removal of every copy.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date identifies this version.
